Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Assistant Professor: 25 to 45 years
- Lecturer: 21 to 35 years
- Upper age relaxation will be given according to Government of Punjab policy.
Education for Assistant Professor
Candidates need a PhD in the relevant subject from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). For the Law post, the PhD must be in Law.
Education for Lecturer
Most Lecturer posts require an MS or MPhil in the relevant field with first class marks. Law applicants need an LLB with first division. All degrees must be from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
Candidates with a third division anywhere in their academic career are not eligible. There is one exception for the non-engineering subjects: applicants with a PhD in the relevant field and no more than one third division in their academic record can still apply.
Experience
