3. Flight Surgeon
- MBBS or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
- Postgraduate training or certification in Aviation Medicine, acceptable to PCAA under ICAO Annex 1
- Valid registration with PMDC and eligibility for approval as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by PCAA
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in aviation medicine, occupational health, or aeromedical operations
- Competence in aeromedical assessment, flight crew medical fitness, and coordination with aviation safety departments
4. Quality Assurance Manager
- MBA from an HEC-recognized university (a Master’s degree in Engineering will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the aviation industry, including at least 10 years in Quality and Safety Management Systems
- Expertise in implementing Quality and Safety Management Systems in line with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859
- Experience in aviation regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety auditing, and risk assessment
- Required certifications include: Quality Management System – Lead Auditor, ICAO SMS Course, ICAO Dangerous Goods Course, ICAO Training Managers Course, HSE or Human Factor Course, and Aviation Legislation Course
5. Accounts Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounts, budgeting, or financial management
- Experience in government or aviation-related organizations will be preferred
- Knowledge of financial rules, auditing, and record maintenance
- Experience preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
